David Low is the Managing Partner at David Low & Associates, P.A., responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy of the Firm.

Mr. Low was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He went to college at Florida International University, and law school at Saint Thomas University, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team, International Moot Court Team and Jewish Law Student Association. He received a book award for the highest score in federal courts and was on the Dean’s list. He was one of two students from the entire law school chosen to take part in a prestigious internship at The United Nations serving as ambassador for Pax Romana, a non-governmental organization where he sat on the Social and Economic Committee for peace and reconciliation of formerly warring tribes in Africa and Asia. While there, he substantially contributed to practical ways to bringing about peace in a post-war era. This included attendance at the General Assembly with leaders and ambassadors from around the world.

Mr. Low has substantial civil litigation experience involving bad faith claims, first party claims, third party claims, appraisal, and mediation. He has conducted jury trials through verdict, although he believes that all parties are best served when they can agree to disagree and resolve their differences. Derek Benjamin Hendricks

Derek Benjamin Hendricks was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Mr. Hendricks attended Florida State University where he double majored in History and Sociology and minored in Religion. After graduating from Florida State, Mr. Hendricks returned to South Florida to attend law school at Saint Thomas University. After graduating from law school, Mr. Hendricks spent the next seven years working for various large insurance companies across the state before making the move to the Plaintiff’s side. Levin College of Law where he earned his J.D. in 1994 with an Honors distinction and a Class Rank of 5. During his time at the University of Florida, Alex continually maintained his Dean’s List status which earned him placement at the school’s Virgil Hawkins Civil Clinic along with Law I and II Scholarships. He also served on UF’s nationally recognized Florida Journal of International Law as Senior and Executive Articles Editor.

In 1995 Alex was admitted to the Florida Bar where he’s eligible to practice in all Florida State and Appellate Courts. Christina Zanakos

Christina Zanakos earned her undergraduate degree in 2012 from the University of Central Florida. Christina then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in May of 2015, graduating as a Dean’s list scholar for her academic achievements at NSU Law.

Since passing the bar exam in 2015, Christina has been representing homeowners against insurance companies, specializing in first party property litigation. Christina now brings her knowledge and experience to David Low & Associates to represent residential and commercial insureds who have been victims of wrongful claim denial, delay and underpayment by their insurance carriers.

Christina is currently a member of the Florida bar, admitted to multiple federal courts.
