Amanda Sidman

Amanda Sidman is a Managing Attorney at David Low & Associates, where she handles property damage claims on behalf of homeowners as well as restoration and mitigation companies.

Amanda Sidman received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida with a major in English Literature and a minor in Writing. She received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was a member of the Student Bar Association, Moot Court Honor Society and Nova Law Review.

Ms. Sidman’s area of expertise is first and third party property damage and property insurance claims, with a focus on assignment of benefits litigation. Ms. Sidman also has experience handling condominium law, residential foreclosures and foreclosure alternatives, evictions, debt collector and creditor compliance with consumer protection statutes, and general civil litigation.

When not working, Ms. Sidman enjoys painting and spending time with her family.
