Mr. Low was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He went to college at Florida International University, and law school at Saint Thomas University, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team, International Moot Court Team, and Jewish Law Student Association. He received a book award for the highest score in federal courts and was on the Dean’s list. He was one of two students from the entire law school chosen to take part in a prestigious internship at The United Nations serving as an ambassador for Pax Romana, a non-governmental organization where he sat on the Social and Economic Committee for peace and reconciliation of formerly warring tribes in Africa and Asia. While there, he substantially contributed to practical ways to bringing about peace in a post-war era. This included attendance at the General Assembly with leaders and ambassadors from around the world.
Mr. Low has substantial civil litigation experience involving bad faith claims, first party claims, third party claims, appraisal, and mediation. He has conducted jury trials through verdict, although he believes that all parties are best served when they can agree to disagree and resolve their differences. When not working, Mr. Low enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter
