Elizabeth Mitchell graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s of science degree in finance and marketing. She then received her Juris Doctorate cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Mitchell made the dean’s list, was selected to compete twice on behalf of the Moot Court Honor Society, and also served the board of Nova Law Review as an Articles Editor. Additionally, she worked as a law clerk for a plaintiff medical malpractice law firm.
Since graduating from law school, Ms. Mitchell has gained extensive litigation experience as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and first party property cases.
Ms. Mitchell is an associate attorney at David Low & Associates where she primarily handles property damage claims on behalf of homeowners, restoration companies, mitigation companies, and roofing companies.
