I can’t say enough about atty. Derek Hendricks from David Low and associates. He worked on two different cases for my house . Derek was very responsive and detailed. To be honest, Derek was more responsive than the office staff. Anytime I needed to speak to Derek, he picked up the phone and if he could not speak to me at that given moment, he ALWAYS returned my call or text. To me, Derek set the precedence for excellent customer service and I truly enjoyed working, communicating, and/or interacting with him. ALL lawyers should be like him! Derek was professional, knowledgeable, dependable and just overall, “nice” 🙂 – He has already received referrals from me.
